COVID-19 Policy: If you are ill or have been exposed to someone who is, reschedule and stay home. Rescheduling fees are waived. For last-minute cancellations, call (202) 683-0788 and leave a detailed voicemail.

Appointment Deposits: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your appointment. This guarantees your scheduled time and is applied toward your procedure. Full payment is due on the day of service. Deposits are forfeited for cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice or if you're more than 15 minutes late.

Lateness Policy: Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete paperwork. We maintain a strict no-late policy, as we cannot rush procedures. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation, and your deposit will be forfeited. A new $50 deposit is required to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or arrive more than 15 minutes late, the deposit is non-refundable. An additional deposit will be required to reschedule.

Existing Brow Tattoos: Clients with prior microblading or tattoo work must send clear, recent photos to info@elavinebeauty.com or text me directly (202) 683-0788 for approval before booking. Include the name of the previous artist, business, and the date of your last procedure.

Touch-ups: The first touch-up session after the initial procedure (6–8 weeks later) is included. Further touch-ups may be required for clients with oily skin or other issues and will incur additional fees. For brows done by other artists, clients are charged as new clients due to the corrective nature of the work.

Liability Disclaimer: We make no guarantees regarding specific results, as healing varies by individual. Adherence to Pre and Post Care Instructions is crucial to achieving optimal outcomes. Factors such as excessive bleeding, skin sensitivities, or failure to follow instructions can affect results, for which we cannot be held responsible.

Please Note: Touch-ups for clients with previous work from another artist are considered corrective and will be charged at the "New Client Rate." This is due to the complexity of working over existing pigment and adjusting symmetry.

Microblading Process: Results will vary, and additional sessions (at extra cost) may be required for optimal outcomes. While we strive for the best results, factors such as individual healing and adherence to aftercare can affect the final look. No guarantees are made. Following all Pre & Post Care Instructions is essential for best results.
